Reservations
A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to book a party. Upon paying the deposit you agree to the terms and conditions of the Parlour party rental agreements
30 days’ notice to reschedule or cancel the party must be given; otherwise the full cost of the party will be charged
You must provide a final head count of children 14 days prior to the event; at this time the final payment is required
Payment methods accepted are cash, debit, credit & e-transfer
The Parlour is happy to accommodate outside food, but a $25 cleaning fee will apply (cakes & cupcakes are exempt from this charge). However, you will be responsible to provide plates, napkins, serving utensils, candles etc. for any outside food you choose to bring
All parties include 10 children (additional children will be $15 each)
A minimum of 1 responsible adult must stay on site; with a maximum of 10 adults
HST & a 15% service charge is added to all events
